South Lamar's Farm-to-Table Pioneer

Odd Duck started in 2009 as a food trailer. Brothers Bryce and Dylan Gilmore rehabbed a Fleetwood Mallard and filled it with ingredients from nearby farms. They bought whole hogs and cooked snout to tail. The trailer became a local legend and helped put Austin’s small-plate scene on the map.
