Velvet Serenade

Velvet Serenade brings a smooth, soulful soundtrack to South Austin’s live-music scene.

Featuring Quita Sanchez-Navarro on vocals, George Hadash on guitar, and Tom Williams on piano and keyboards, the trio blends soft rock, jazz, and R&B with a warm, laid-back style made for intimate rooms and easygoing evenings.

Their repertoire moves through familiar favorites from past decades alongside original songs, pairing Quita’s expressive vocals with tasteful guitar work, melodic keyboard arrangements, and plenty of understated groove.

Velvet Serenade is less about overpowering the room and more about setting it just right. Whether they are playing a neighborhood venue, restaurant, coffee shop, private party, or special event, the group creates the kind of atmosphere where guests can settle in, enjoy the music, and stay awhile.
