Tony Frische

An accomplished acoustic guitarist and songwriter with a powerful, expressive voice, Tony blends thoughtful originals with an eclectic mix of crowd-favorite covers. His performances are engaging without being overproduced, creating an atmosphere that's equally suited for attentive audiences and laid-back gatherings.

When he's not performing, Tony serves as a firefighter with the Austin Fire Department, bringing the same authenticity and dedication to his music that he brings to public service. His songwriting reflects a life well lived, drawing inspiration from experiences as varied as fighting fires in Austin and working with sled dogs in Alaska.

Whether performing solo or alongside fellow Austin musicians, Tony delivers honest songs, skilled musicianship, and the kind of genuine connection that's been a hallmark of Austin's live music scene for decades.
