The Switcharoos
About
The Switcharoos are an Austin, Texas-based rock supergroup formed in the summer of 2024 by lead vocalist/guitarist George DeVore and bassist Travis Woodard.
Built on a raw, nostalgic energy that channels classic "old Austin Rock," the band features a lineup of seasoned local music veterans including Mike Bernal on drums, Nate Rowe on lead guitar, and Jack Gaskin on fiddle. They have become a staple of the Texas Hill Country music scene, frequently performing high-energy cover sets and original-style rock showcases.
The group is most notably recognized for their regular residency appearances at Poodies Hilltop Roadhouse in Spicewood, Texas.
