Texas String Assembly

Texas String Assembly is the Austin high-energy americana-bluegrass roots-rock band—2026 Austin Music Award Best Strings winners—whose Doggabone debut, Doggabone II & III, and jam-in-the-van heat put bluegrass, folk-country, funk, and hippie jug-band craft on Cactus Cafe, SXSW, and tours from Texas to Europe and Mexico. Raucous live fixture; texasstringassembly.com and @texas.string.assembly track tickets and videos for rooms that want real folk craft, not soft soft-acoustic wallpaper. Mostly-acoustic firepower, still assembling every single night on the road and stage around Austin.

Expect string-band heat when Texas String Assembly hits the stage—ATX Best Strings fire, not a random open-mic Texas karaoke.
