Soft Palms

Soft Palms is the Long Beach duo of Julia Kugel (The Coathangers, Julia Julia) and Scott Montoya (ex-The Growlers)—home-studio hypnotic indie with ethereal vocals, vintage drums, and DIY business grit. Self-titled and In Echo (Everloving) stack gothy pop, punk edges, and haunted melody; their How To Be Self-Reliant book maps the same work ethic that built the catalog.

Live they sell expansive rooms from Soda Bar free shows to album-release stages. Expect floating vocals over punchy rhythm. Stream In Echo and Pretty Dancer, watch the official videos, and follow @softpalmsmusic for tour dates, merch, and new drops as they hit.
