Slow Joy

Slow Joy is the solo project of Dallas songwriter Esteban Flores—grunge, emo, and shoegaze built as therapy after grief, with deeply personal lyrics over heavy, reverb-soaked guitars. Mick Music and MDDN-era heat stack singles and the debut album A Joy So Slow at Times I Don’t Think It’s Coming, with SLC Punk on an SSRI and Crawl II mapping the current run of hooks and honesty.

Live he sells sweat-soaked rooms on national routing through Houston, Austin, and the West. Expect volume, melody, and no soft openers. Stream the debut and SLC Punk on an SSRI, watch Crawl II, and follow @slowjoyslowjoy for tour dates and new drops as they land.
