About

SiM (Silence iz Mine) is a Japanese metalcore and alternative metal band from Shonan, Kanagawa Prefecture, formed in 2004 by vocalist MAH. The current lineup is MAH (vocals), SHOW-HATE (guitar), SIN (bass), and GODRi (drums). Their sound mixes nu metal, metalcore, ska punk, reggae rock, hip-hop, and dub—often with English-language, rebellious lyrics—and has long been billed as “Reggae PUNX from Japan” as much as heavy rock.

Early albums such as Silence iz Mine, SEEDS OF HOPE, and PANDORA built a devoted Japanese following for high-energy live shows and genre-defying arrangements. Global breakout arrived with “The Rumbling,” the opening theme for Attack on Titan: The Final Season Part 2, which racked up tens of millions of streams and pulled metalcore crowds into anime-driven festival bills worldwide.

Expect heavy riffs, reggae bounce, and confrontational live energy when SiM tours U.S. rock and metal packages—including Texas dates that draw both metalcore fans and Attack on Titan converts.
