Resound Presents: Tōth

Tōth is the Brooklyn-based solo art-pop project of multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, and trumpeter Alex Toth—known for co-founding Rubblebucket, writing and collaborating with Kimbra, and earlier punk as Alexander F. After breaking a foot on stage with his punk band and turning inward, he launched Tōth with Practice Magic and Seek Professional Help When Necessary, then You and Me and Everything, with later cycles including And The Voice Said and singles like “Easy.” Live, the project trades polished studio art-pop for unhinged, punk-adjacent energy that peers describe as wilder than the records.

@tothtunes and tour listings track the band. Expect trumpet-bright indie pop, theatrical rock, and multi-instrumental craft when Tōth hits the stage—listing may brand Resound Presents, same Alex Toth Rubblebucket alumni project, not a side-gig cover set.
