Radney Foster

Radney Foster is a Del Rio–raised Texas songwriter who first cracked Nashville as half of Foster & Lloyd—then proved the songs traveled without the duo. “Crazy Over You” made chart history for a debut duo single; solo records starting with Del Rio, TX 1959 delivered “Nobody Wins,” “Just Call Me Lonesome,” and a catalog other stars keep mining.

Writers’ cuts for Keith Urban, The Chicks, Brooks & Dunn, and Sara Evans sold tens of millions of copies; the Texas Heritage Songwriters Hall of Fame put the résumé in stone. Later projects like For You To See The Stars pair fiction and song the way Foster always has—story first, melody that survives radio formats. Expect country craft with Americana patience and a live set built for rooms that still listen.
