Possessed by Paul James

Possessed by Paul James is the one-man folk-bluegrass storm of Konrad Wert—Mennonite-family roots, Texas-based special-education teacher by day—whose five-plus full-lengths, Billboard bluegrass-chart peaks in 2013 and 2020, and Fighting For Our Own Survival album put fiddle-stomp foot percussion and raw songcraft on Saxon Pub, Western AF sessions, and roots-room stages nationwide. ppjrecords.com and @possessedbypauljames track Bandcamp drops and booking for rooms that want real folk craft, not soft soft-acoustic wallpaper. Classroom-to-stage balance, still possessed every single night on the road and stage.

Expect stomping folk heat when Possessed by Paul James hits the stage—Konrad fire, not a random open-mic Paul karaoke.
