PawPaw Rod

PawPaw Rod is the Oklahoma-raised R&B innovator who built 200M+ streams before debut album Picture Day—a personal full-length of bluesy shades, grief, optimism, and family-album storytelling. At 17 he famously seized a SXSW mic from DâM-FunK; years of singles and style-forward releases culminated in Picture Day (Shades of Blue, I Wish, Bettin on Me) and a Picture Day tour era. FLOOD, NME, and Ones to Watch frame Weezer-to-Sly Stone influences inside modern R&B; listings may brand PawPaw Rod: Picture Day for the album/tour cycle—same artist bringing hopeful, fashion-forward soul to the stage.
