Monkeys on a String

Monkeys on a String is the nation’s one-and-only authentic Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds tribute—founded in 2017 by San Antonio frontman Alex Cortez and built for acoustic-duo and full-band recreations of DMB/Tim Reynolds catalog heat. 3TEN ACL Live, Empire Theatre, and national club runs pack rooms that want Crash-to-Under the Table & Dreaming sing-alongs with genuine dual-guitar craft, not karaoke cosplay. @monkeysonastring posts tickets for the Austin July bills and beyond—tribute specialists for longtime DMB lifers.

Expect Dave & Tim tribute energy when Monkeys on a String hits the stage—San Antonio authentic tribute, not a zoo novelty act.
