Madam Radar

Madam Radar is an Austin Americana rock band built around family ties, shared songwriting and explosive four-part harmonies.

Their sound blends roots rock, country, soul and classic rock with soaring guitar work and the loose, hard-driving energy of a seasoned live band. Rather than centering everything around one front person, Madam Radar draws strength from multiple singers and writers, allowing the music to shift from gritty rockers to sweeping, harmony-heavy songs without losing its identity.

Originally known as The Texas K.G.B., the group adopted the Madam Radar name in 2019 and released its self-titled album the following year.

The band has earned two Sonic Guild grants, shared stages with artists including Bon Jovi, Lukas Nelson, Jackie Venson and the Arc Angels, and became the first Austin-based band to perform at the Moody Center.

Their third studio album, Motel, was released in 2025 and produced by Steve Berlin, continuing the band’s evolution while keeping its family-powered vocals and muscular Americana sound at the center.
