A versatile guitarist with deep blues roots, he's equally at home playing swing, bluegrass, rock 'n' roll, and classic American roots music. Whether leading his own band or backing some of the city's finest players, Pipkin is known for tasteful guitar work, effortless musicianship, and the kind of laid-back stage presence that comes from years of playing Austin's legendary clubs.
