Kim Meeks

Kim Meeks is a longtime fixture in the Austin and Central Texas live-music community, fronting Kim Meeks & Her Bad Habits through years of performances across the city and the surrounding Hill Country.

Meeks leads the group with a smoky, commanding voice and a repertoire that moves through blues, rock, country and American roots music. Rather than staying locked into a single style, Kim Meeks & Her Bad Habits build their shows around recognizable songs, deep cuts and selected original material, giving the band room to move from soulful and sultry to gritty, loose and hard-driving.

The current lineup have developed a seasoned bar-band chemistry shaped by years of live performances rather than studio polish alone. Meeks remains the unmistakable center of the show, bringing personality, vocal character and the comfortable stage presence of a performer who has spent years connecting with Central Texas crowds.
