About
Kenyatta Lee Bettis Frazier Jr. (born April 11, 2000), known as Ken Carson (earlier Ken Car$on), is an Atlanta rapper and producer and a defining face of rage and experimental trap on Playboi Carti’s Opium imprint (Interscope). He grew up on Atlanta’s west then south side, entered studio culture through 808Mafia-adjacent sessions as a teen, and signed to Opium in 2019 after connecting with Carti—one of the label’s earliest signees.
His catalog runs from Teen X-era SoundCloud heat through Project X (2021), X (2022), and the gold-certified A Great Chaos (2023), with later projects including More Chaos and Xperiment. The sound is abrasive electronics, brash vocals, whirling ad-libs, and high-BPM chaos that bridges Southern trap, hyperpop edge, and rage. Live, the set is mosh-ready Opium energy for festival and arena packages. Expect relentless rage-trap volume when Ken Carson hits the stage.
