Keith Michael is a Texas Hill Country singer-songwriter whose music folds classic-rock muscle into country roots and road-worn storytelling. Raised in small-town Texas, he grew up absorbing his father’s rock records and his mother’s country favorites, a split musical education that still defines his sound.

Michael left home at 18 and spent years roaming the country before settling into the working-musician life. That mileage shows up in songs concerned with restless travel, hard-earned sobriety, romantic wreckage and the search for something honest beneath it all. He released his seven-track debut project, Authentic, in 2019, establishing a writing style that can turn from loose and rowdy to bruisingly introspective without losing its Texas backbone.
