JUTES

Jutes is the stage name of Jordan Lutes (born March 28, 1991, Ottawa, Ontario), a Canadian singer-songwriter and multi-genre performer whose catalog swings from lo-fi trap and alternative R&B into punky alt-rock, hard rock, and nu-metal textures. After leaving basketball and film studies for music full-time, he self-released early singles (2015–), then built through A Really Bad Dream, Careful What You Wish For, Hot Trash, Ladybug (2023), Sleepyhead (2024), Dilworth (2025), and Chin Up, Beautiful (2026). A Capitol-era chapter and later independent runs framed him as equally comfortable rapping, crooning, and screaming.

He earned a 2026 Juno nomination for Breakthrough Artist or Group of the Year and has drawn mainstream attention alongside a high-profile marriage to Demi Lovato (2025). Live, the set can lurch from sensual alt-metal to distorted pop ballads to rap-rock—exactly the “thrill ride” Revolver and AllMusic describe. Expect genre-hopping rock and emotional pop-metal energy when JUTES hits U.S. tour stages.
