Jolie & The Jackalopes
About
Jolie & The Jackalopes is a freewheeling, high-spirited cosmic country band, rooted in the groove-rich tradition of Austin’s outlaw era and the poetic lineage of cosmic country. Drawing from classic country, Americana, and the expansive sounds of the Old Austin scene, the band channels a timeless, road-worn spirit with a modern sense of adventure.
Fronted by singer Jolie Goodnight, daughter of legendary producer Joe Gracey and acclaimed singer-songwriter Kimmie Rhodes, the band carries forward a deep musical heritage. Raised backstage and on the road, Goodnight grew up immersed in the world of Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, and the extended family of Austin’s cosmic cowboys, absorbing the songs, stories, and soul of a singular musical era.
A seasoned touring act, Jolie & The Jackalopes have played stages and festivals across the U.S. and Europe, including Viva Las Vegas, bringing their signature sound to dance halls, theaters, and festival crowds alike. Joined by Dylan Cavaliere on bass, Rian Castillo on guitar and piano, and Sam Rich on drums, the band honors that storied legacy while pushing it forward with warmth and joyful abandon, playing music made for dance halls, long highways, and late Texas nights.
