John Primer

John Primer is the three-time Grammy-nominated Chicago Blues Hall of Fame icon—bandleader and guitarist for Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon, Magic Slim & The Teardrops, and Jr. Wells, with a living catalog of South Side blues still packing clubs and theaters. Real-deal Chicago blues, not a museum piece; johnprimerblues.com and @johnprimerblues track shows, new albums, and the Theresa’s Lounge tribute film for rooms that want real blues craft, not soft cocktail-hour wallpaper. Living legend energy, still teaching the basement every single night on the road.

Expect authentic Chicago blues when John Primer hits the stage—Muddy’s last guitar fire, not a random open-mic John.
