Jacob Gonzales

Jacob Gonzales has been part of the Austin music scene practically his entire life. A guitarist, drummer, bassist, singer and longtime studio producer, Gonzales has shared stages with Rick Trevino, Monte Montgomery, Vallejo, Bart Crow and a long list of Texas artists.

On his own, he leans into blues, soul and rock, with serious guitar work and the kind of musical range that comes from years spent both onstage and behind the studio glass. One song may settle into a deep soul groove, the next can turn into a blues workout or straight-ahead rock & roll.

This is a musician’s musician—and an Austin original who knows exactly what to do with a live room.
