Ibra Martinez Trio

Ibra Martinez Trio is an Austin jazz trio led by multi-instrumentalist Ibra Martinez (@ibramtz_), bringing rhythm-forward small-group jazz to café and daytime stages. Martinez’s social presence highlights drum and rhythm craft alongside live jazz performance, with clips that isolate groove parts and document working-band energy. Trio format keeps the music flexible for outdoor decks and intimate rooms—enough drive for a crowd, enough space for solos. Local calendars list the trio on morning-to-afternoon jazz slots typical of lakeside and coffeehouse programming in Austin. The project sits in the city’s deep pool of working jazz players who book regularly without requiring a national label profile. For listeners who want live jazz trio energy with a leader focused on rhythm and ensemble interplay, Ibra Martinez Trio is a name to watch on ATX gig grids.
