haha Laughing

haha Laughing is an Austin experimental noise-rap duo of Jay Dilick and Aby Oviedo—call-and-response vocals, disorienting samples, and distorted beats that balance absurdist humor with heavy emotion. Dilick started the project in 2020; Oviedo locked the live duo by 2023. The catalog runs through BIG WHATEVER cuts and the Losing Teeth Dream full-length, with First Date Touring routing national dates and Soft Palms-style co-bills.

Austin Chronicle’s People to Wave To series put cameras on both sides of the band: living-room candor and stage heat. Expect noisy hooks, free-jazz edges, and no half-measures. Stream BIG WHATEVER and Losing Teeth Dream, watch the docu-concert, and follow @haha__laughing for tour dates, Chess Club nights, and new drops.
