EYERL

EYERL is an Austin-based music project led by singer-songwriter Robb Safko, blending melodic soul, indie rock and emotionally direct songwriting into a sound that feels warm, reflective and lived-in. Safko’s songs often lean on strong melodies, thoughtful lyrics and arrangements that move between intimate singer-songwriter moments and fuller band performances. EYERL has built a local presence through club and café dates around Austin, performing original material such as “The Work” alongside a growing recorded catalog. The project’s releases include the singles “Everything and Nothing,” “Ache” and “Denim Hurricane,” along with the 2026 full-length album Your Old Favorite Color. The album features songs including “Down,” “Temporary Home,” “Darlin’,” “The Silence” and “Resolution,” a collaboration with Austin artist Poet Hawkins. EYERL’s music balances soulful phrasing, indie-rock texture and honest storytelling, giving the project an approachable sound that works equally well in a quiet listening room or with a full live band.
