Etôile Vǒyage

Etoile Voyage is an Austin-based band with a new wave–leaning sound that blends melodic rock, synth-colored textures and a slightly offbeat pop sensibility.

Their music feels energetic and stylish without landing fully in punk, balancing driving rhythms, sharp guitar work and memorable hooks with a moodier alternative edge. There is a retro influence in the mix, but the band does not come across as a throwback act. Instead, they pull from new wave, indie rock and post-punk textures while keeping the songs direct and accessible.

Their live performances bring a lively, club-ready energy that fits naturally into Austin’s independent music scene. Original songs such as “San Antonio Nights” show a band focused on strong melodies, movement and atmosphere rather than pure aggression.

Etoile Voyage’s sound is best described as new wave–influenced alternative rock with pop instincts, a little grit and enough personality to stand apart from more straightforward bar-band rock.
