Drew Simpson Quintet

Drew Simpson Quintet is the Austin guitarist-composer’s working band—soulful songs drawing on R&B and pop as well as jazz—whose bossa nova, bebop, and modern blend puts live-taping heat on Monk’s Jazz listening-room bills and Austin Jazz Society presentations across South Austin. drewsimpsonmusic.com and @drewsimpsonmusic track the quintet for rooms that want real jazz craft, not soft soft-smooth wallpaper. Soulful quality energy, still Drew Simpson every single night on the road and stage around Austin and beyond.

Expect jazz-guitar heat when Drew Simpson Quintet hits the stage—Monk’s fire and bossa punch, not a random open-mic Drew karaoke.
