DJ Mel

DJ Mel is Austin’s high-profile party institution—official DJ for University of Texas Football and Men’s Basketball, “Obama’s DJ,” Early Dance Party legend, and Living Room Dance Party heat that put versatile dancefloor craft on ACL Live 3TEN, Rock the Casbah, and SXSW stages. Record-digging Austin culture lifers keep the party moving; @djmeltakespics and djmelATX track dates and residencies for rooms that want real DJ craft, not soft soft-EDM wallpaper. DJ Mel Day energy, still back spinning every single night on the road.

Expect high-energy dancefloor sets when DJ Mel hits the stage—Austin UT and party fire, not a random open-mic Mel karaoke.
