Detach

Detach is an all-femme hardcore band from San Antonio, Texas, formed around the push to make uncompromising hardcore in a scene that often underestimates women-led units. No Echo’s spotlight frames the project plainly: pure hardcore shaped by different day-to-day tastes inside the band, booked as detach.tx on Instagram and regional flyers.

They write for the pit first—urgency, solidarity, and South Texas DIY routing with short songs that still hit hard. When multi-band bills print Detach next to other TXHC names, this is the San Antonio crew. Follow @detach.tx for singles, openers, and tour announcements as the catalog grows on Bandcamp and streaming platforms nationwide.
