Darci Carlson

Darci Carlson is a three-time Ameripolitan nominee and 2017 Outlaw Female of the Year—Seattle-raised, Austin-based outlaw country diva known for foot-stomping originals and classic country favorites drenched in hardcore twang. She has held multi-night San Jac Saloon residencies on Sixth Street, including Friday-night runs that made her one of the venue's frequent modern marquee names, plus East Austin rooms like Central Machine Works and Texas Music Scene TV features.

Her catalog includes a self-titled album and singles such as Middle American, with Bad Girls Club in production and Austin studio sessions with Eric Harrison of West Texas Exiles. Live, she delivers a no-nonsense throwback country show—not punk country vanity, but lived-in vocals compared to Patty Loveless and Tanya Tucker energy for dance floors and outlaw rooms.

On HeyAustin, Darci Carlson is cataloged so San Jac and Texas outlaw-country listings can match by name and inherit a full artist profile—bio, video, and imagery—when the calendar only prints the act name and a start time.
