Daniel Durham Quartet

Daniel Durham Quartet is the native Austinite bassist’s working band—twenty-five years on stage—whose original music and hot takes on standards with vocalist Elena Diaz and pianist Daniel Raynaud put fiery jazz heat on Elephant Room Sunday nights and Austin Jazz Society Monk’s Jazz Quintet tapings. Bassman Dan calendars track the blend of history and future for rooms that want real jazz craft, not soft soft-smooth wallpaper. Best seat in the room energy, still Durham every single night on the road and stage around Austin.

Expect jazz-bass heat when Daniel Durham Quartet hits the stage—Elephant Room fire, not a random open-mic Dan karaoke.
