Chance Royce

Chance Royce is a standup comic working Austin’s club circuit—nights like The Velveeta Room on Dirty Sixth that reward tight sets and room-reading more than corporate stage polish. Comedy bills here stack early and late shows; the job is to land jokes for tourists, locals, and comics in the back row at the same time.

Expect a club-length set, lightboard intros, and material built for brick-wall rooms with two-drink minimums. Royce’s calendar presence on Velveeta and similar rooms marks a working comic with regular stage time on the Dirty Sixth strip.

Check the venue for age limits and door times—Velveeta Room shows run late and loud. Bring cash for the tip jar if the room still works that way, and plan for a short, sharp set inside a multi-comic lineup.
