Bill Cody

The Bill Cody brings a lively mix of country rock, Americana and Texas-rooted songwriting to stages around Austin and Central Texas.

Led by singer-songwriter balances original material with familiar songs from artists such as John Prine, Jason Isbell, Tyler Childers, The Eagles and The Band.

Cody’s warm vocals and straightforward storytelling give the music an easygoing, road-tested feel, while the full band adds the rhythm and energy needed for dance halls, clubs, festivals and private events.

Originally from St. Louis and now based in Austin, Cody has built a reputation as a versatile performer who can hold a room with a solo acoustic set or turn up the energy with the complete band.

The shows lean country without being boxed into one style, mixing classic influences, modern Americana and crowd-friendly rock into a sound made for a Texas night out.
