About

Belles is the stage name of Nashville-based country singer-songwriter Kelli Belles, an Omaha, Nebraska native whose music combines traditional country storytelling with a polished modern edge. Raised in a musical family, she grew up around touring and performance through her mother and aunts, who performed in the pop group Mulberry Lane. Those early experiences helped shape Belles’ confident stage presence and her interest in songs built around memorable characters, complicated relationships and sharp emotional details.

After moving to Nashville, Belles developed her voice as both a performer and Music Row songwriter. Her sound carries the influence of artists such as Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn and June Carter Cash, but her lyrics speak directly to contemporary dating, heartbreak, independence and self-respect. Songs including “Porcelain,” “Ring on the Table,” “He Gave Me a Ring” and “Choose Me Then” showcase her mix of wit, vulnerability and clear country vocals.

Belles has built a substantial audience through touring, streaming and social media while maintaining an emphasis on storytelling. In 2026, she collaborated with Dolly Parton on “Son of Jolene,” a new narrative inspired by Parton’s country classic, further connecting Belles’ modern songwriting with the genre’s traditional roots.
