Ariel J

Ariel J. is the Mississippi-born, Atlanta-rooted R&B / neo-soul songwriter and former church musician—poetic storytelling, soulful melodies, and affirmation-forward writing that grew from singing in the pews at thirteen into a self-directed catalog. Close to the Sun and Everything I Need EP frame a luminous, writerly voice; singles like open the blinds, Pack Light, glow88, and mag!c stack millions of plays across streams and shorts while Tank and the Bangas support and national club rooms put the live set in front of soul and hip-hop audiences. arieljmusic.com, @arielj.music, and @imarielj carry tour, merch, and poetry drops for listeners who want Lauryn-adjacent intimacy without pure pop gloss.

Expect neo-soul heat and spoken-word edges when Ariel J. hits the stage—Mississippi magician, not a random open-mic Ariel.
