Amanda Hickey & The Bruises

Amanda Hickey & The Bruises is Austin dark-folk and Americana with a rock edge—songwriter Amanda Hickey fronting a tight local unit (Troy Miller, Tony Cook, Jason Renn among collaborators) for club nights at Vinyl, Girl Guitar, and HAAM stages across town every month.

ReverbNation and @amandahickeyandthebruises track the next East Austin date on the calendar so fans never miss a set. Song-first grit without soft-focus coffeehouse wallpaper for rooms that still want real stories. Dark folk energy, still The Bruises when the room leans in.

Expect folk-Americana heat when Amanda Hickey & The Bruises hit the stage—song-first fire and band punch, not soft open-mic karaoke.
