Alchemist Prime

Alchemist Prime is the Austin-based DJ and producer project of Eugene Gil. Working within electronic and dance music, Gil builds sets around rhythm, atmosphere and momentum, moving between club-ready grooves and more immersive, late-night textures.

Rather than staying locked into one narrow electronic style, Alchemist Prime approaches DJing as a process of shaping the energy in the room. His performances are designed to develop gradually, using layered percussion, bass-heavy transitions and carefully chosen shifts in mood to keep the dance floor moving.

Based in Austin, Alchemist Prime is part of the city’s independent electronic-music community, performing under a name that reflects the transformative side of his work: taking individual tracks, sounds and influences and combining them into a larger experience. Public biographical information and an established discography remain limited, but Eugene Gil’s official social presence confirms the Alchemist Prime identity.
